1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

This site is primarily informational: it presents the experiences offered and links to the relevant Airbnb pages for booking. We do not process payments directly, nor do we collect special categories of data. The data that may be processed is:

• Browsing data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically by the server during browsing.
• Data you provide voluntarily: if you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the data you supply, such as name, email address, preferred language, type of request and the content of your message.
• Cookies and similar technologies: as described in the Cookie Policy.

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by email to the owner’s mailbox via the site’s hosting server, without any third-party services. The email contains the data entered in the form and the sender’s IP address.

Bookings and the related payment data are handled entirely by Airbnb under its own privacy policy, not by this site.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Providing and improving the site — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Replying to contact requests — legal basis: pre-contractual measures or consent (Art. 6.1.b/a GDPR).
• Statistical or third-party cookies — legal basis: the user’s explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected through the cookie banner.

4. How data is processed

Data is processed using IT tools, applying security measures adequate to prevent unauthorised access, loss or destruction, and only for as long as strictly necessary to achieve the stated purposes.

5. Sharing and transfer of data

Data may be shared with technical providers acting as data processors, for example the hosting provider, on whose servers messages sent from the contact form also pass. Some providers may be based outside the European Economic Area: in that case, transfer only takes place to parties guaranteeing an adequate level of protection, for example through the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

• access to your personal data;
• rectification or erasure of that data;
• restriction of processing;
